Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours.
- Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post.
Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Change-of-mind refunds are not available.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method (PayID/Osko bank transfer).
