Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging — no brand names, no product descriptions, no logos. The sender name on the label is generic. Nobody handling the parcel at any point in the postal network can determine the contents from the outside.

Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term storage or 2-8°C (standard refrigerator) for short-term. Keep vials sealed and away from light and moisture. Properly stored lyophilised peptides can remain stable for 12-24 months depending on the compound.

Reconstitution involves dissolving the lyophilised powder in a suitable solvent — typically bacteriostatic water or sterile water for injection. Once reconstituted, most peptides should be stored at 2-8°C and used within 14-28 days, depending on the specific compound and solvent used.
